Can I return or exchange product in my order?
Any items being returned must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
Returns and exchanges of items purchased from HALO through www.Bobcatstore.com can be made by emailing Bobcat@halo.com
Any customized items are not eligible for return.

Bobcatstore.com offers shipping to all 50 United States and Canada.
When will my order ship?
We normally ship in-stock items within 48 hours. Detailed information on available shipping methods, costs and time in transit are provided during the checkout process. Personalized items take 15-20 business days to ship
You may check the status of your order in the My Account section of the website, which is accessible by clicking your name in the header on the top right of the page after you’ve logged in.
How do I view my account information?
Click on Sign In and fill your email and password under Registered Customer and click Sign In. Go to your account by selecting your name in the upper right. This will take you to My Account where you will see all your current information.
How do I change my mailing address, email address, and/or password?
Once you Sign In and view My Account, you can click Edit Address, Edit, or Change Password and enter your desired changes. Remember to click the Save button to save any changes.
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email. Entering a valid email address is essential in receiving confirmation and being able to track your order.
How do I track my order?
Go to Sign In and fill in the fields under Registered Customer. Once you are signed in you will have access to your account information. Click on My Orders and you see your order(s) listed. Click on View Order. You will see the details of your order including the tracking number. When you click on the tracking number, you’ll automatically go to the correct carrier website’s tracking page.
Can I see my order history?
If you set up an account when you placed your order, simply click on Sign In and fill in the fields under Registered Customer and click on My Orders to look up past orders. If you checked out as a guest, refer to the confirmation emails sent to you from previous orders.
Can I have the PO option?
HALO is the new vendor of Bobcat Store. If you previously had an account where you could place orders using PO you will need to reach out to our customer service team for a credit application by emailing Bobcat@halo.com.
