Canceling An Order
In the event that you need to cancel an order placed online, please contact Customer Service via our Feedback form on the website. If we are unable to stop your order from being shipped, you may return it using the procedures listed under our return policy.
Your satisfaction is our primary concern at Bobcat® Store. If one of our products does not perform as we have described it, e-mail customer support using the Feedback form, so that we can resolve any of your concerns.
Currently we can only take and fulfill online (website) orders from persons requesting delivery within the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. All orders must be placed using a credit card, (see Payment Options below). We cannot take online orders for international delivery.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa®, Master Card®, American Express® and Discover®.

If you require a receipt for your purchase, please print and keep any/all confirmation e-mails you receive when placing your order. Your e-mail receipt is the only receipt you will receive.
On-line customers should contact Customer Service, via our Feedback form, for an authorization number and further instructions for return or exchange.
Upon receipt of your return, we'll promptly process it, and credit your credit card. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card number used at the time of purchase.
Most merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within a period of 30 days from the date of our shipment to you. Merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition, in original cartons with original packing, accessories, guarantees and instructions. Because our scale models are considered collectibles, items in opened or damaged packaging may not be returned. Training Courses are shipped in manufacturer-sealed packages. We will not accept returns of any Training Courses that have been opened. If items in your Training Course are missing or defective, please contact customer service for replacements.
Because Bobcat Company does business in all 50 states and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, Bobcat® Store also currently collects and remits sales tax based on the destination of your order. Institutional, commercial and nonprofit customers, please see below.
